TO APPLY YOU MUST:

Complete and submit our Wholesale Program Membership Application below.

To enjoy the benefits of our wholesale program, we need to verify that you are a licensed professional.

Please provide one of the following in the form below.

Valid Business License as an Interior Designer, Architect or Commercial Developer.Valid Interior Design Certificate (NCIDQ, CCIDC, etc...).

Proof of Professional Design Membership (AI, IDI, ASID, etc...).

If you intend to purchase merchandise for resale, and wish to waive sales tax on your qualifying orders, please be advised that we will do so only upon request, and that tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approval at the sole discretion of CODA Studio and in accordance with state, local, and federal guidelines.

TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

Program is available solely to members; access to exclusive pricing or discounts is non-transferable to clients, purchasing agents or any third party.
Wholesale Member must place and pay for order. We do not accept payment directly from clients.
When you place your order payment in full is required up front.
Return shipping fees may be applied to your Wholesale Program orders.
By accepting membership to CODA Studio’s Wholesale Program, you agree that you will purchase CODA Studio merchandise for the sole purpose of conducting business with an individual client, and that you will not resell such merchandise to the general public through retail stores, the internet, printed materials, or any other means.
All images, copy and designs are the property of CODA Studio and may not be used by you unless specifically permitted by CODA Studio.
As a member of CODA Studio’s Wholesale Program, you are granted the authority to reproduce images as is required to conduct business with your individual interior design and decorating clients.
By applying to our Wholesale Program, you agree that the email addresses you give us as contact will be added to our email marketing list. However, if you do not want to receive these marketing emails, you may opt out via the link at the bottom of our marketing emails at any time.
Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at CODA Studio’s sole discretion.
